About Us
Brainwood creates handmade wood kitchenware and home goods, including cutting boards, pizza peels, spatulas, and wood conditioning products. All items are handmade, and slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are normal and expected — not defects.

Orders
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to material shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed for custom orders.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are made to your specifications and are final sale, except in cases of damage or defect. Production timelines for custom pieces will be communicated at the time of order and may vary based on current workload.

Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an item has left our hands. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Product Care & Use
Our items are handmade from natural wood and are intended for food-safe use when properly cared for (see care instructions). We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use or care, including but not limited to: soaking in water, dishwasher use, exposure to excessive heat, or failure to condition the wood as recommended.

All photos, descriptions, and designs on our shop are the property of Brainwood and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Brainwood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
